Meet Dr. Lominchar, the heart and soul of Renaissance Medical Center.
Born and raised in Havana, Cuba, Dr. Lominchar brings a unique blend of international medical experience, cultural understanding, and genuine compassion to every patient interaction.
With a strong background in internal medicine across both Cuba and the United States, he is highly skilled in diagnosing and managing a wide range of health conditions. As a bilingual provider fluent in both English and Spanish, Dr. Lominchar ensures clear communication and a comfortable experience for all patients.
What truly sets him apart is his patient-first approach—he takes the time to listen, explain, and build trust, making every patient feel valued and understood.
Outside of the clinic, Dr. Lominchar enjoys spending quality time with his family, along with his beloved dog Nene and turtle Elsa. Deeply connected to his Cuban roots, he finds joy in dancing salsa and savoring the rich flavors of authentic Cuban coffee.

Yaniurka Santos
Yaniurka Santos ARNP, is a healthcare professional passionate about medicine, committed to providing comprehensive primary care with a human, compassionate, and personalized approach.
She is bilingual in Spanish and English, allowing her to communicate effectively with a diverse patient community. She obtained his medical degree and completed his specialization in Hematology in Cuba and currently practices as a Nurse Practitioner, bringing strong medical training and clinical experience in the prevention, diagnosis, and management of a wide range of health conditions. Her dedication, knowledge, and empathetic approach ensure that every patient feels heard, understood, and well cared for at all times. Outside of her medical practice, she enjoys reading and caring for plants, activities that reflect her love for continuous learning and overall well- being.
